| PRODUCT RETURNS: |
| All product returns must have a RA Number. ( Return Authorization Number ) |
| Products will be shipped to Move Systems at the customer cost. |
| Replacement products will be shipped by Move Systems at Move Systems cost. ( Conditions Apply ) |
| CREDIT RETURNS: |
| All credit returns must be returned with original utilities & packaging and to be in resellable condition (not opened or used). |
| If any of the above condition is not met, no credit or refund will be authorized and products will be returned at the customers cost. |
| FREIGHT: |
| Move Systems does not refund freight charges. |
| WARRANTY RETURNS - NONE FAULTY ITEMS: |
| On products which test to have no fault a $25.00 No fault fee will be charged to the customer. This will cover freight and testing time waisted. |

| WARRANTY PERIOD: |
| Move Systems will honor a 12 month warranty period for all new products. ( This does not apply to second hand / used items ). |
| For products with a warranty period in excess of 12 months a handling & shipping fee of $25.00 ( conditions apply ) will be |
| charged to the customer to forward the faulty product to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. |
